We are on the corner of SR 436 and Red Bug Lake Rd. in the Greater Marketplace Shopping Center, across from Tijuana Flats.

What are anal glands?
These glands are located under the tail on either side of the rectum and contain a foul smelling substance that most dogs pass naturally when they have a bowel movement.  Sometimes these sacs need to be expressed.

How often do my pet’s nails need to be cut?
At least once a month is good for most dogs.

What is a blueberry facial? 
A blueberry facial is safer to use around the eyes than shampoo and gives us the opportunity to get your pets face really clean. The antioxidants in the blueberries aid in the control of staining due to tears and saliva. It also leaves your pets face smelling fresh and clean!

Why does it cost more to groom a cat?
Cats are highly unpredictable and can be very difficult to groom.

Do I need an appointment?
For grooming services yes, you need an appointment.  We want to make sure all of our pet clients have a good experience AND appointments help us achieve that. Same day appointments are sometimes possible. No appointment is necessary for Do-It-Yourself bathing.
